Disorderly conduct: Walnut Hill Drive
On Aug. 11, police were dispatched to Deer Creek Apartments regarding a fireworks complaint at the Walnut Hill Drive complex.
An arriving officer located fireworks debris scattered on the grounds.
While talking to an apartment guest, the officer discovered that a male visitor had a warrant.
He was arrested and held for transport. When asked where the female tenant was, the man said she wasn’t there.
However, the officer located a woman hiding in a closet. She refused to come out, but was removed using force.
The woman resisted arrest.
She was cited for obstruction, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and discharging fireworks.
The man was also cited for obstruction, disorderly conduct and discharging fireworks.
