ALBANY - A Halfmoon man was arrested Wednesday, accused of driving under the influence of drugs in a crash that injured four, Albany Police said.

The crash left one passenger with a broken neck, injured two others and dragged a pedestrian, police said. The pedestrian suffered head and back pain.
