The Dallas Cowboys are interested in signing a former No. 1 overall pick as they look to improve their pass rush. Jadeveon Clowney is visiting Dallas on Wednesday, according to Josina Anderson .
The 32-year-old is a free agent after spending last season with the Carolina Panthers.
Clowney appeared in 14 games with the Panthers last year, recording 5.5 sacks.
He has also previously played for the Texans, Seahawks, Titans, Browns and Ravens.
Jadeveon Clowney was drafted No. 1 overall by the Houston Texans in the 2014 NFL Draft after starring at South Carolina.
He has not lived up to the hype after being drafted as the No. 1 overall pick, but he has been a solid player during his NFL career.
In 11 NFL seasons, Clowney has appeared in 140 games, totaling 58 sacks and 15 forced fumbles.
