COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Many political figures are sending their heartfelt condolences after Conservative activist Charlie Kirk was shot and killed at a Utah event on Wednesday.

President Donald Trump confirmed his death Wednesday afternoon and issued a message following the incident.

Kirk’s spokesman also confirmed the activist’s death to the New York Times.
