Stephanie Lynn Bradshaw, who was convicted of raping a nonverbal, autistic teen in Carmel in 2022, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sherriff’s Office Sept. 3 for failing to register as a sex offender.

As of Sept. 10, Bradshaw – who is listed as a Cicero resident on her jail entry – was being held in Hamilton County Jail. She has been charged with four felony counts related to failing to register as a sex offender, including one count of intentionally or knowing that they failed to register. Her bond is $30,000.

This is the second time Bradshaw has been charged with failing to register as a sex offender. In February 2024, Bradshaw was arrested for failing to register and was sentenced to one year in jail.
