COLUMBUS, Ohio - According to a news release, all United States and Ohio State flags will be lowered in remembrance of the victims in the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
Governor Mike DeWine issued the order on Wednesday, indicating that the United States and Ohio State flags on all public buildings and grounds throughout the state must be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset.
Additionally, within the release, Governor DeWine asks that all Ohioans observe a moment of silence beginning at 8:46 a.m.
