An electronic bicyclist crashed into a car while on a Tuesday afternoon ride in Mechanicsburg, then got back up and rode away.
Now, the police are looking for them because they didn’t exchange information with the driver whose car they hit.
In Pennsylvania , cyclists have the same rights as drivers while sharing the road. That means they also have a legal responsibility to exchange information, as two drivers would in a crash.
