WYOMING — Governor Mark Gordon has ordered U.S. and Wyoming flags to fly at half-staff in honor of Charlie Kirk, the 31-year-old conservative political activist shot and killed at an event in Orem, Utah, on Wednesday.

Gordon’s order follows a proclamation by President Trump, ordering flags throughout the country to fly at half-staff until sunset on Sunday, Sept. 14
