The former Department of Justice employee caught on camera chucking a Subway sandwich while screaming at federal agents last month was speechless outside of court Wednesday after facing a misdemeanor assault charge.

Sean Charles Dunn, 37, standing with hands behind his back in a federal courtroom in Washington, DC, bent over and said through a microphone, “Not guilty,” according to a report by the Hill . 3

DC federal Judge Carl Nichols said the trial would start with jury selection on Nov. 3.

Neither Dunn nor his lawyer, Sabrina Shroff, commented to reporters on their way out following the brief hearing.
