Pixar continues to lean further into the sequel game. Most recently, the studio hit box office gold with its follow-up to the 2015 instant classic, Inside Out , raking in a staggering haul of over $1.6 billion at the box office last year. Next year will then see the arrival of Toy Story 5 , followed by The Incredibles 3 in 2028 and, as of this March, a Coco 2 sometime in the future after that. With so much success expanding on the world of their original stories, it begs the question of what movies Pixar could, or should, explore next. When it comes to their 2007 masterpiece Ratatouille , however, star Patton Oswalt is more cautious about returning to the kitchen with Remy and Alfredo.
