The family said someone trespassed on their property and executed their goats in broad daylight. Their dog was also injured, but she is back at home resting.

A Grand Prairie family is in shock after someone shot and killed their goats at point-blank range Tuesday afternoon.

“My concern is that it happened so close to my house and anybody that could do this is really deranged, which means if they can do that to animals, then they may do that to one of us,” said David Green, who lives on the property with his wife, Terri.

“We’ve had the goats since they were babies, and they grew up and they had babies, so it’s really hard,” said Terri about their family goats, their grandkids named Oreo, Skittle, Starburst, and Pixy.
