Girl Scout cookie season is around the corner — OK, it’s not until 2026, but we are already counting down the days — and the organization just announced a brand-new flavor! The new cookie was made for ice cream lovers, and it sounds so good!

On Tuesday, Girl Scouts of the USA introduced a new cookie called Exploremores. This is a rocky road ice-cream-inspired sandwich cookie that we know is going to sell out immediately.

“Filled with delicious flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and toasted almond-flavored crème, Exploremores reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout,” the organization said in a statement.
