With the loss, criticism of Mike McDaniel is getting loud. The fourth-year head coach missed the playoffs last season, and the nature of the team's Week 1 loss is concerning.

Many expected the Colts to be an easy opponent for the Dolphins, but McDaniel's offense failed to get anything going. NFL analyst Colin Cowherd suggested the Dolphins should consider firing McDaniel and hiring legendary former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick in the offseason.
