COLLEYVILLE, Texas — Three Colleyville firefighters were injured Wednesday afternoon while battling a structure fire, officials said.

The fire was reported at 4:58 p.m. in the 6100 block of Emerald Drive, according to the Colleyville Fire Department. While fighting the blaze, three firefighters were hurt and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Crews remained on the scene, and the department said they will be there for the "foreseeable future."

No additional details were immediately released.
