It’s been a long two years since the landmark Panda Inn closed for remodeling — and the end result is more than amazing . This is a restaurant worthy of founding chef Ming-Tsai Cherng’s time spent at the hilltop Grand Hotel in Taipei, Taiwan, which is far more a palace, than a place to hang your toothbrush.
