Halifax customers are set to lose the chance to win up to £100,000 after a service cancellation. The British banking chain confirmed that its popular Savers Prize Draw will no longer be accessible to customers 14 years after it was first introduced. Customers were able to enter the prize draw every month.
Once the final prizes are handed out this month, savers will no longer be able to take advantage of it. Previously, three customers each month had the opportunity to win £100,00 alongside 100 other prizes worth £100.
In some cases, customers could also win as much as £500,000 in a rare superdraw. Savers were able to qualify for the prize draw as long as they had £5,000 or more in an eligible account for a month.
