Seattle police arrested a suspect after a stabbing caused life-threatening injuries Wednesday evening in the Denny Triangle area.
The wounded man suffered “multiple” injuries around 7:45 p.m. near Denny Way and Seventh Avenue, according to a police. Officers provided medical treatment before the Seattle Fire Department arrived. Firefighters then transported the injured person to Harborview Medical Center.
Meanwhile, police followed a trail of blood that led to a nearby apartment building in the 100 block of Dexter Avenue North. Officers reportedly saw the trail led to a hall on the sixth floor. A man then called 911 asking for medical care, saying he’d been attacked on a bus. Police found that man, 35, and arrested him for investigation of assault, within minutes of the incident.
