FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — It's been more than a month since Matthew Spencer was last seen.

His twin sister, Kara Spencer, said she was the last person to talk with him. She said he was moving from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Houston, Texas, to start a new life.

“[Spencer] was always moving around," Kara said. "So this is why it's just not normal for him just to disappear like this."

On Aug. 4, Kara said her brother packed up his silver Hyundai Tucson and started driving. Then, after a few days of not hearing from him, she and her cousin Randi Green started to get worried.

"Everybody's trying to call him because he hasn't called and we don't know what's going on," Green said. "His phone's going straight to voicemail."
