Filings with the city indicate the bank wants to remodel the existing 4,056-square-foot, one-story structure. Renderings show JCB plans to retain the brown brick and storefront glazing system, at least on the building’s northwest side. City filings also read, “Existing parking lot and pavement is being reduced, detention is proposed.”
