For Ohio native Tyler Piña, living in a Midcentury Modern penthouse by Edward H. Fickett is a dream come true.

After five years renting the West Hollywood apartment, he is moving on, but taking his memories with him.

“This was the place I grew up dreaming about,” Piña says. “I’ve never felt alone here.”

Growing up in a small town outside of Cleveland, Tyler Piña was fascinated by Los Angeles and the glamour of Hollywood.
