The N.C. State Wolfpack football team gets its first taste of ACC play on Thursday, Sept. 11, as it travels to Winston-Salem to face rival Wake Forest (7:30 p.m., ESPN ).

The Wolfpack (2-0) enters the matchup coming off a thrilling 35-31 win over Virginia in Week 2, a game in which the offense piled up more than 400 total yards. While the defense gave up 500 yards to the Cavaliers, it locked in after halftime, allowing just seven points in the second half to fuel the comeback.

Wake Forest (2-0) has experienced two very different games to start the season. The Demon Deacons opened with a 10-9 win over Kennesaw State before cruising past Western Carolina 42-10 in Week 2.
