An estimated 1 in 3 UK adults has high blood pressure, but experts ay fewer than half have been diagnosed and are receiving treatment. In time for Know Your Numbers Week (September 8 to 14), health experts are encouraging people to get checked and make simple lifestyle changes to prevent serious health issues, such as heart attacks and strokes.
