Iowa City West’s Ethan Headings reeled in a screen pass from quarterback Reece Wheeler before he turned upfield.

He planted his foot hard enough to juke a Dubuque Hempstead defender and used his speed to break through open space into the endzone.

The North Dakota commit set a new school record with four receiving touchdowns in a single game during Iowa City West’s 56-7 blowout win over the Mustangs on Sept. 5.

“Going into the game, I wasn’t really expecting to do that, but it just came as the game went on and I’m very blessed to be able to reach that goal,” Headings said.
