When it comes to landing in a meaningful — and fulfilling — line of work, staff say the Rimoka Housing Foundation is tough to beat.

“I come here every day, and I feel like I’m coming to spend time with my family,” said Leanne MacInnis, site manager of Rimbey’s Valley View Manor.

The manor is an 80-unit senior lodge with both bachelor units and one-bedroom suites.

“I have a family at home, but this also where I spend most of my time, so I’ve developed relationships with our residents and staff,” said MacInnis.

“Other community staff come in, from FCSS for example, and I’ve developed relationships with them, too. It’s just a great place to be.”
