SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Roadwork from last night has a northbound lane blocked on I-275 at the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.

Backups are significant for the morning rush - over 5 miles of traffic crawling.

As of 6:45 a.m., the delays are nearly 30 minutes.

Drivers traveling between Manatee and Pinellas County should add extra time for the commute.
