Football season is back — and of course, so are the snacks.

Colorado State University won its home opener against the University of Northern Colorado on Sept. 6, drawing a packed crowd to Canvas Stadium for Ag Day. The energy was electric, the crowd was loud and the food stands were buzzing.

While fans watched the Rams take the field, I set out to satisfy my craving for fries. That led me to the Fort Fryery, one of the stadium's longtime concession stands. You can find it on both the east and west concourses — with one location near the end zone and the other at midfield.
