TRAVERSE CITY — Ready, set — paint.

The inaugural Traverse City Mural Festival — a combined effort of the city’s Arts Commission, the Downtown Development Authority, the North Boardman Lake District business association and other partners- kicks off tomorrow and continues through Wednesday, Sept. 17. It will feature several events, activities and seven mural projects at businesses centered around the Eighth Street corridor from Lake Avenue to Barlow Street near downtown Traverse City.
