BOSSIER CITY, La. - The City of Bossier City has partnered with Keep Bossier Beautiful to host its annual Sept. 11 memorial program. The ceremony is to remember the events of Sept. 11, 2001 and to honor those who lost their lives during the tragic event.

Mayor Tommy Chandler said that he believes this is one of the most significant days in the history of our country. Local First Responders from throughout the region will be on hand to show their respect and to honor our commitment that We Will Never Forget .

The program will be held at the Bossier City Municipal Complex at 620 Benton Rd. in front of the fire station and it will begin at 9:03 a.m. That's the time that the first plane hit the World Trade Center.
