One person is dead following a crash in Daviess County.

Wednesday morning, emergency crews were called to Ky 144 between Pleasant Valley Road and Boteler Road.

The Daviess County Sheriff says a truck was hit head-on by an SUV.

The driver of the truck was killed, and the driver of the SUV was flown to a hospital in Louisville with serious injuries.
