Brock Purdy will miss two to five weeks due to turf toe, NFL Media's Ian Rapoport reported Thursday.
The 49ers quarterback sustained the toe injury in the second quarter of the 49ers' Week 1 win over the Seattle Seahawks, coach Kyle Shanahan said. Purdy played the remainder of the game with the injury.
"My understanding is that Brock Purdy is out two to five weeks," Rapoport said on "Good Morning Football." "Two to five weeks for Brock Purdy with what is essentially a turf toe. It is a ligament injury that affects the bottom of his foot. That would put him out for at least the [New Orleans] Saints game this week, the [Arizona] Cardinals game next week, and then we'll see. If it's swollen, irritated, no one knows how it's going to react.
"But certainly it seems like the 49ers are
