Syracuse, N.Y. — It’s been nine months since Christian Brothers Academy Syracuse and CBA Albany met for an instant classic inside the JMA Wireless Dome in the 2024 Class AA state football championship.

In that game, CBA Syracuse came out on top thanks to a perfectly executed drive with 42 seconds remaining in the game, which resulted in a last-second Hail Mary touchdown catch from Darien Williams .
