Celebrity photographer Robert Evans spilled the tea about the big day to Yahoo in what was considered the “wedding of the century” in 2000. He explained that “the spotlight is enormous — and so are the precautions.” Evans was told he was shooting a “corporate event,” and Aniston and Pitt’s names weren’t even dropped until two days before their wedding — that’s how they kept all of the details quiet until Evans absolutely needed to know what he was actually photographing.
