BECKLEY, WV (WVNS)-- A Raleigh County business owner was arrested on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 for allegedly scamming multiple customers out of thousands of dollars.

Paul Massey, the owner of Massey Powersports, was allegedly caught forging signatures, sales documents and paperwork that never actually happened.

A customer contacted the West Virginia State Police on Monday, September 8, 2025 after receiving a charge for a side-by-side that he never actually bought in the amount of $18,094.20.

The investigating officer obtained a search warrant for the business on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, after discovering that the signatures on Massey's business documents did not match the customer's real signature.
