I’m amazed at what you have built and how you have done it. And this may be a really simple, stupid question, but that’s what we do a lot in talk radio. We have simple stupid questions. How did you become you?

Charlie Kirk:

Well, it’s an interesting question. Grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. I was going to go to West Point, didn’t get in and ended up being the best thing that never happened to me, and decided to take a gap year. It’s now been a gap decade where now I’ve had ten years off of college, and so it’s the great irony, the whole thing. I run a college organization, not going to college myself, which actually makes me the best and worst person to talk about college and its problems.
