Liliana Yanez 's baby son's hair is always at the center of attention.

The mom of two's son Noah, 5 months, has been going viral for his head full of thick, black hair. Whether it's from one of the numerous videos Yanez posts on her TikTok or from a family outing in public, Yanez tells PEOPLE that her son's hair always garners a big reaction.

"Thankfully, he’s gotten nothing but positive comments and reactions in public," she says. "It definitely gets overwhelming, but I’m slowly getting used to it. I’m just mentally prepared f
