KYIV (Reuters) -Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Thursday that he would meet U.S. special envoy Keith Kellogg in Kyiv later in the evening, local media reported.
Kellogg had arrived in the Ukrainian capital on a visit, according to a source familiar with the matter. Zelenskiy was quoted by the We Are Ukraine television channel.
A diplomatic push to end Russia's war in Ukraine, now in its fourth year, has stalled despite recent meetings between U.S. President Donald Trump and the Ukrainian and Russian leaders.
