Police: 2 arrested after shots fired during disturbance involving Northwest High students

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Police say two teenagers are in custody following a disturbance and shots fired outside a northwest Wichita QuikTrip on Wednesday.

Officers responded just after 12:30 p.m. to the QuikTrip at 13th and Tyler. A release from the Wichita Police Department said investigators learned five female students from Northwest High School went to the QuikTrip to buy items from the suspects, who were known to one of the students.
