The suspect in the Evergreen High School Shooting died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound

Two other students were wounded, including one who is still in critical condition

Authorities have not released the identity of the shooter

The suspected shooter who wounded two students at Evergreen High School in Colorado died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office previously said three people had been hospitalized following the shooting on Wednesday, Sept. 10, including the suspected shooter. In a subsequent update, police confirmed that the shooter had died.

Police have not released the identity of the shooter.
