Cookie enthusiasts have something new to look forward to in 2026!

Girl Scouts of the USA has announced a brand-new addition to its lineup: Exploremores, a sandwich cookie inspired by rocky-road ice cream.

The new sweet treat features a combination of chocolate, marshmallow and toasted almond-flavored crème, according to a Girl Scouts press release .

“Exploremores reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout,” said the national organization.

Earlier this year, the scouts announced they would be discontinuing S’mores and Toast-Yay! cookies at the end of the 2025 season. S’mores cookies debuted in 2017, while Toast-Yay! cookies are relatively new; they first went on sale in 2021.
