MIAMI GARDENS — The NFL said Wednesday it will investigate abuse allegations against Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill made by his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro. NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy told ESPN it’s “standard policy” for the league to review such matters.

A court document filed by Vaccaro, and obtained by TMZ , details eight instances of violence against her by Hill during their marriage.

Hill’s attorney, Julius Collins, denied the allegations in a statement he sent to the Sun Sentinel on Wednesday, calling it “an attempt by Ms. Vacarro, her mother and/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down.”
