One of four teens involved in a February 2024 shooting at an east Vancouver apartment complex was sentenced Wednesday to serve 20 days on a work crew.

Mariah Hassler, 18, pleaded guilty to harassment (threatening to cause bodily injury) in Clark County Superior Court. As part of a plea deal, three counts of first-degree assault were dismissed.

Attorneys said Hassler was involved with the initial confrontation but was in a car when the gun was fired.

Hassler, George Gaggero and Anthony Peake, all 17 at the time of the incident, and Hayden Davis, then 14, were taken into custody following the shooting Feb. 9, 2024.

Peake pleaded guilty in April in Superior Court to first-degree attempted assault and was later sentenced to 36 months in prison. Gaggero pleaded guilty in May in Superior C
