Gene “Mickey” Hall went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 10, 2025. He was born on May 22, 1947, and raised in Marshall County, Kentucky, graduating from Marshall County High School in 1965.
After graduation, Mickey proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Campaign. His decorations included the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal (1st Award).
On September 10, 1986, Mickey married the love of his life, Judi, and joyfully embraced the role of husband, stepfather, and grandfather. He deeply cherished his wife, daughter, and grandson.
Mickey spent the majority of his career as a unit operator at the Shawnee Steam Plant in Kevil, Kentucky, retiring in 2001. After retirement, he and Judi moved to Cocoa Beach, F
