Brenna Richardson has joined the William G. Pomeroy Foundation as director of operations. In this leadership role, she is responsible for guiding operations, human resources, finance and other core functions that advance the foundation’s dual mission of improving outcomes for blood cancer patients and celebrating community history across the nation.

Richardson previously served as director of operations at CQ Partners , the nation’s largest network of audiology professionals serving private practices, ENTs, hospitals and universities. There, she directed operational strategy, strengthened processes and mentored both local and remote teams.
