Holly shot two students and them himself, according to police.
One of the students injured in the shooting remains in critical condition.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office identified the Evergreen High School shooter as 16-year-old Desmond Holly.
Holly died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after he shot two other students on Wednesday afternoon. The Denver Post reported that one of the students is still in critical condition.
