LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — Construction is progressing on the future stadium of the Athletics baseball franchise on the Las Vegas Strip, which is set to open for the 2028 season, according to a release issued Wednesday.
Construction has “gone vertical,” officials said, meaning that work has begun on the above-ground framework of the stadium. New video shared by the team shows walls and beams being installed and concrete being poured.
