‘Sick F*ck’: George Conway Put on Blast for Making Nazi Comparison to Charlie Kirk Assassination

Anti-Trump activist George Conway is being put on blast over a tweet in which made an unflattering Nazi comparison to the assassination of Charlie Kirk .

“ Horst Wessel , 1907-1930,” wrote Conway on X Thursday , linking to Wessel’s Wikipedia page.

Wessel was a Nazi Storm Trooper who was killed by Communists in Berlin in 1930. After Wessel’s death, Joseph Goebbels turned him into a martyr of the Nazi cause. [Song] became the anthem of the Nazi Party, and then the co-national anthem of Germany itself under Adolf Hitler’s rule.
