ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) — Domestic violence and theft have been dropped for former University of South Florida football coach Jim Leavitt, according to court documents.

Leavitt, 68, was arrested last month after what police called an argument with an ex-girlfriend at a St. Petersburg apartment complex. He was charged with felony grand theft, along with misdemeanor counts of simple battery and domestic battery.
