Ms Hansen is a well-known food writer and blogger at Local is Lovely and lives on a cattle farm in Orange, NSW.

"Food is my passion, and sharing the joys of locally-grown produce and making the most of them when they're in season is what I love to do," she said.

"If more people start to think in this way, we start looking at what's being grown around our communities, there's more support for local producers, and we start changing the way we think about food."
