Syracuse, N.Y. – A Syracuse attorney who specializes in workplace discrimination and sexual harassment cases is suing the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority for refusing to put up a billboard advertising her services to travelers.
Megan Thomas alleges in a complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York that the authority breached a contract with her and violated her First Amendment and other constitutional rights when it refused to put her advertisement on a wall in the passenger terminal at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
