A Farmington Hills man is facing federal charges for allegedly producing child pornography, encouraging young victims to carve his name in their skin, extortion and other crimes, as announced Sept. 10 by United States Attorney Jerome Gorgon, Jr.

As stated in the federal complaint, Justin Miller, 23, is charged with possession and production of child pornography, coercion and enticement of a minor, and interstate transmission of extortionate threats and threatening communications.
